These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the spd888 platform and all services accessible via spd888.asia. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

All activity conducted via your account credentials will be attributed to you.
You are required to notify spd888 promptly if any of the information held on your account becomes inaccurate or outdated. This includes changes to your email address, mobile number, or residential address. Updates can be made by contacting our 24/7 support team at [email protected].
All transactions on the spd888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). spd888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by you at the point of initiating a payment from your bank or e-wallet are your sole responsibility.
spd888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost eWallet. spd888 reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
Deposits processed via FPX bank transfer and approved e-wallets are credited to your spd888 wallet in near real time during standard operating hours. spd888 accepts no liability for delays caused by your financial institution or payment service provider.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on your account and is registered in your name. spd888 reserves the right to apply standard verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in a name other than your own are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
spd888 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes to 24 hours subject to verification requirements. Actual credit timing to your bank account or e-wallet depends on your payment service provider and is outside spd888's control.
spd888 offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and festive promotions (including Deepavali, Chinese New Year, and Hari Raya seasonal campaigns).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spd888 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings; (c) service interruptions, technical failures, or maintenance downtime; (d) errors in game outcomes or odds arising from third-party software malfunctions where spd888 acts in good faith to resolve such errors promptly.
spd888's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the Platform shall not in any circumstances exceed the total net deposits made by you to your spd888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting spd888 support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to spd888's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising between you and spd888 shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
spd888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, spd888 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or via the email address registered to your account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
